Return Policy
Due to the handmade nature of our products all refunds and credits will be processed in the form of an Electronic-Gift Card that can be redeemed online, in store and on phone orders with The Body Deli, Inc. Electronic E-Gift cards have no expiration. Applies to The Body Deli, Inc. products only. 

All returns for a store credit Electronic Gift card require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address which can be obtained by email by submitting your request to returns@thebodydeli.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
 
If you have received a damage item we are so sorry to hear about it. We are here to help you to the best of our ability. We request that the damaged item be left unopened/unused and in its original retail packaging as proof of damage upon arrival. Please email us pictures of the damage, your order number and your most current shipping address. The original batch number must be intact on the returned item(s). If the original batch number is not on the returned item(s), we are sorry to inform you that the store credit is void and will not be available. 

We require pictures of the damaged items (i.e broken packaging showing the actual damage and loss of the product and the inside contents displaying the damage done to the inside of the box) and pictures of any claims being made to review the store credit request. If you can not provide pictures of the damaged items or your claim, we are sorry to inform you that the store credit is void and will not be available.

Shipping charges are not refundable or credited. All returns must have an original receipt if purchased in-store or RMA number if purchased online through thebodydeli.com. Please allow up to 72 hours for an RMA number to be generated or an email response to be received.

Placing an International Order
We are not responsible for any delays, retained packages caused by Customs or Duty Fees or any other additional shipping charges. International Customs & Duties are applicable to all international orders and any fees are the full responsibility of the customer to pay.

International Returns
If you choose to return an item or your package is returned to us, The Body Deli will provide you with a store credit of the original merchandise price (minus any return shipping charges) and any duties and taxes originally paid on the item in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order.
Please note that you will still be responsible for the original shipping charges (you will not be reimbursed for any amount you paid in shipping charges for the initial delivery of the merchandise).

Products purchased from both THE BODY DELI website and the Palm Desert retail location may be returned by mail with a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Please email returns@thebodydeli.com to get an RMA number before returning your package.

The credit for your returned items cannot be exchanged for cash. 

THE BODY DELI products purchased in all other locations, Salon, Spas, Medical Spas or Doctor Offices for example, must be returned to their original point of purchase.

If you buy THE BODY DELI products from an unauthorized retailer or other unauthorized source, we regret that we cannot offer you credit for your product or otherwise assist you with any problems that you may encounter.

Customer neglect of products voids the credit and exchange policy.

Examples include and are not limited to:

  • Failure to make provisions to receive your delivery in a timely manner. Example: Ordering product and then going on vacation with no one available to receive the order.
  • Improper care of product after delivery. Example: Not refrigerated, exposure to sunlight and heat after delivery. If the product gets knocked over and or drops and breaks. 
  • Failure to provide the correct shipping address. Example: If you live a small rural, small city, new development, receive mail at a postal annex location and the wrong city name is provided preventing delivery causing the package to be returned. 
  • Failure to select the correct shipping method. Example: If you know your shipping address require FedEx and FREE USPS PRIORITY shipping option is selected and the package gets returned. 

 

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse sales and not accept returns at our sole discretion.
