At The Body Deli, every product is made fresh in small batches using pure, natural ingredients. Because of this fresh-made approach, please allow time for your order to be carefully created and prepared for shipment.
By placing an order with The Body Deli, you agree to the shipping and delivery policies outlined on this page.
Order Creation Time
All Body Deli products are handmade in small batches.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your order to be freshly created before shipment.
During promotional periods or high-volume sales, please allow 7–14 business days for order creation.
Selecting Express or Overnight shipping only expedites the shipping transit time after your order has been completed. It does not reduce product creation time.
Shipping Methods
We ship orders using the following carriers:
• USPS Priority Mail
• UPS
• FedEx (international orders)
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Free Shipping (United States)
We offer FREE USPS Priority Mail shipping within the United States on orders over $100 (after discounts).
If reward points or discounts reduce your subtotal below $100, shipping charges will apply.
UPS shipping may be selected at checkout if preferred.
Refrigerated Shipments
Some of our fresh products require refrigeration.
These items will be shipped in an insulated box with ice packs at no additional charge to help maintain product quality during transit.
Estimated delivery time after shipment:
West Coast — 2–5 business days
Midwest — 3–7 business days
East Coast — 4–8 business days
Overnight or express shipping is available for an additional charge.
Signature Confirmation
To ensure safe delivery, first-time customer orders over $100 may require a signature upon delivery.
This policy helps protect packages from loss or theft and ensures your fresh-made skincare arrives securely.
If you anticipate difficulty receiving your delivery, please contact us and we will gladly assist.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS.
Please note:
• Customs processing may cause delays beyond our control
• Duties and taxes may apply based on the full retail value of the items
• These fees are the responsibility of the customer
The Body Deli is not responsible for packages delayed, held, or returned by customs.
Change of Address
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You may use this tracking information to monitor your delivery.
Order Marked Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
They can help locate the delivery location or initiate a package search.

Returns & Store Credit
Due to the handmade and perishable nature of our fresh skincare products, we offer store credit only within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
