All transit times do not include creation time. All orders require 3-7 business days to be created. During promotional period please allow 7-14 business days for your order to be created. Expedited shipping is available upon your order completion. Orders with products that require refrigeration will ship out in an insulated box with ice packs at no additional charge. Due to the hand made nature of our products we only offer in store credit within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which can be obtained by email only by submitting your request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Shipping Methods and Rates
Our standard shipping carrier is FedEx and the United States Postal Service (USPS). As is standard practice, FedEx and the USPS do not deliver on Sunday; thus, we kindly ask that you anticipate anywhere from 3-8 business days for shipping. Standard shipping charges will apply. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Virgin Islands may require 8-12 business days. Our overnight/express shipping carrier is FedEx. FedEx does not deliver on Sunday nor do they deliver to Post Office boxes / P.O. Boxes. APO and P.O. Box orders will be shipped via USPS. APO orders will be shipped via FedEx with an anticipated 4-6 weeks for delivery. Standard shipping charges will apply. All orders shipped by FedEx will require a signature and confirmation of delivery.
You may request or select overnight / express shipping for an additional charge. Due to the fact that all orders are made fresh and to order, all orders take between 5-10 business days (7-14 business days during sales promotions) to make and all overnight orders will be shipped via the shipping method you select once your order is made.

Returns & Exchanges
THE BODY DELI gives a 30-day store credit, so if you should ever buy anything from us that is not pleasing to you, you may return any of our products, to the original point of purchase within the first 30 day, for store credit or exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable. Customers who purchase products from THE BODY DELI website may return them by mail with RMA number. Please email email@example.com. Shipping charges are not refundable. Items purchased in a THE BODY DELI free-standing store may be returned to any THE BODY DELI free-standing store with receipt within 30 days of purchase. THE BODY DELI products purchased in all other locations, Salon or Spas for example, must be returned to their original point of purchase. If you buy THE BODY DELI products from unauthorized retailers or other unauthorized sources, we regret that we cannot offer you store credit, a refund or otherwise assist you with any problems that you may encounter. All returns must have an original receipt and must be returned with in the first 30 days.
