Shipping policy
Terms of agreement:
Orders require 1-5 business days to be created and longer (7-14 business days) during sales or promotion periods.
Expedited shipping is available upon your order completion.
International Orders: Customs, Duties, all entry fees or return shipping on denied packages are the full responsibility of the customer to pay and will be assessed separately at entry point. We are not responsible for any delays, retained packages caused by Customs or any other additional shipping charges.
Returns Policy: Due to the hand made nature of our products, we offer store credit on returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit in the form of an Electronic Gift Card that does not expire.
